Australian Jewellery Warehouse takes great care to ensure that we only sell pieces of the highest quality, and we have reliable quality control procedures in place. However, we know that sometimes things do not go to plan.

We will cover items that are deemed to be faulty for a period of 6 months after your purchase. We reserve the right to inspect and assess any items that are of concern to determine fault. If a product is deemed to be faulty you will be offered a refund, repair or exchange, to the value of the original purchase price.

Please note that you must handle your jewellery with care, as we do not consider general wear and tear to be a fault.
